Returns & Refunds

Purchases from Biomaxa Ltd through this website are governed by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We select and manufacture our products carefully. However, if, for any reason, any item is not received in good condition, it will be either replaced or your money refunded.

You may cancel your order by contacting us at anytime prior to the order being dispatched. If you cancel your order your money will be refunded.
